Delivery to all Lithuanian cities (except Neringa municipality) is FREE.

Delivery to all Lithuanian cities is carried out via LP Express, Omniva, DPD, and Smartpost self-service parcel terminals. The Buyer can choose the specific LP express and Omniva parcel machines themselves. The Buyer can specify the specific DPD or Smartpost parcel machine in the additional comments field when filling out the order form.

Separate pricing applies for delivery to the Curonian Spit (Neringa municipality). If you specify that you wish the merchandise delivered to the Curonian Spit, we will contact you individually regarding the final delivery price.

Shipping abroad (EU country) is possible. Generally, delivery is done via the Lithuanian Post. For some countries (e.g., Latvia or Estonia), the delivery can be via Omniva or Smartpost self-service parcel terminals. Delivery price is calculated for each order individually. If you specify that you wish the
merchandise to be delivered abroad, we will contact you
individually regarding the final delivery price.

We ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment (excluding national holidays). Delivery of merchandise usually takes 2-3 days (in Lithuania). During the holiday season, shipping deadlines may be longer (depending on the availability of parcel services).

In all cases, the Seller is not responsible for longer delivery time or if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer due to the Buyer's fault or circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
Return
- The Buyer can return merchandise within
14 (fourteen) days from the day of delivery of the goods to the Buyer.
The Buyer has to inform the Seller about the return by e-mail,
indicating the name of the returned merchandise and the reasons for the
return.
- The returned merchandise must be in original condition, its packaging not damaged.
- After receiving the returned merchandise and assessing its condition, the refund will be transferred within 14 days to the bank account specified by the Buyer at the time of purchase.
- If the Buyer does not pick up the package from the self-service parcel terminal, the cost of returning it (via courier, post office, parcel terminal) is paid by the Buyer.
- The cost of returning defective merchandise is paid by the Seller. In all other cases, the return of the merchandise is paid by the Buyer.
- If the purchased bracelet is too long or too short, the bracelet can be returned for adjustment (to be shortened or lengthened). Shipping costs due to bracelet length correction are paid by the Buyer.
